I am falling behind in my payments and do not want to lose my home. I am able to make paymetns if they were lowered to a more affordable amount. My wife and I work hard and full time hours we just need help from someone however neither GMAC nor Bank of America/Green Tree is willing to work with me. If this program is perect for my situation then why can’t I be considered for it. I have worked with the local HUD office and they determined I am a good match now I need the mortgage company to help me. Please help?
